- 1st offense: 1 game pay fine and 1 game suspension. Must appear before the board prior to officiating again
- 2nd offense: 1 year suspension
- Late arrival
- 1st offense: $5 fine
- 2nd offense: $10 fine and letter of explanation to the board
- 3rd offense: $20 fine and 1 game suspension. Must appear before the board prior to officiating again
- Failure to wear proper uniform
- 1st offense: verbal warning
- 2nd offense: $5 fine
- 3rd offense: $10 fine and letter of explanation to the board
- 4th offense: $20 fine and 1 game suspension. Must appear before the board prior to officiating again
- Failure to submit game report by Crew Chief by 6pm on Monday after game
- 1st offense: verbal warning
- 2nd and 3rd offense: $5 fine
- 4th and subsequent offense: $10 fine and letter of explanation to the board
